Muscat Demi-sec

Terroir

Sun-exposed vineyards on limestone and clay-limestone soils, enhancing aromatic intensity, balance and freshness.

 

Tasting notes

Bright pale color. Expressive nose of white flowers, fresh grapes, peach and exotic fruits. Soft and fresh palate with fine mousse and an aromatic, refreshing finish.

Vines planted on shallow soils composed of a balanced mix of clay and limestone. This terroir provides freshness, balance and clear fruit expression. Vinification & Aging Precise vinification highlighting the varietal character of Chardonnay. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 to 10 months to preserve freshness and aromatic purity.

 

Tasting notes

Bright pale yellow color. Expressive nose of white-fleshed fruits with subtle citrus notes. The palate is clean and well-balanced, with a supple texture supported by refreshing acidity.

Vines planted on shallow soils composed of a mix of clay and limestone, providing freshness, suppleness and fruity expression.

 

Vinification & Aging

Precise vinification to preserve the aromatic purity of Pinot Noir. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 to 10 months, maintaining lightness, suppleness and finesse.

 

Tasting notes

Bright red color. Nose of fresh red fruits and gentle spices. Soft, fruity and approachable palate, with a light and pleasant finish.

Bouzeron

“La source”

100% Aligoté

 

Terroir

Vines planted exclusively on hillside slopes with predominantly limestone soils. This terroir enhances a pronounced mineral expression, vibrant freshness and natural tension.

 

Vinification & Aging

Careful vinification focused on preserving the purity of the grape variety. Aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks for 6 to 8 months, with no oak influence, to maintain freshness and precision.

 

Tasting notes

Pale yellow color with silver highlights. Refined nose of fresh citrus, green apple and white flowers. The palate is crisp and well-defined, with a saline, mineral-driven finish.

Bourgogne Chardonnay

Burgundian clay-limestone soils providing freshness, tension and balance.

 

Vinification & Aging

Precise vinification. 100% aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, adding texture and controlled complexity.

Montagny 1er cru

“Le Vieux Château”

Vines planted on limestone and marl soils, at altitudes of 250 to 400 m, with South-East exposure. This terroir provides freshness, balance and elegance, characteristic of Montagny 1er Cru wines.

 

Vinification & Aging

Careful vinification to express the character of Chardonnay. 50% aged in stainless steel tanks and 50% in oak barrels for 18 to 24 months, providing both aromatic purity, complexity and roundness.

 

Tasting notes

Bright pale yellow color. Nose of ripe white fruits, white flowers and subtle toasted notes. Balanced, fresh and round palate with an elegant finish.

Meursault

“L’empreinte”

Vines planted on Bathonian marl-limestone soils, at altitudes of 230 to 260 m, with South-East exposure. This terroir provides minerality, elegance and aromatic richness, typical of prestigious Meursault wines.

 

Vinification & Aging

Careful vinification to reveal the full complexity of Chardonnay. 100% aged in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months, providing richness, roundness and harmonious structure.

 

Tasting notes

Deep golden color. Intense nose of ripe fruits, fresh butter, hazelnut and vanilla. The palate is broad, silky and structured, with a long, elegant finish.

Chassagne-Montrachet 1er cru

Vines planted on Rauracian escarpments, Callovian slopes and marl soils, at altitudes ranging from 225 to 325 m, with a South-East exposure. This prestigious terroir imparts depth, elegance and refined minerality, characteristic of top Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru wines.

Careful vinification to reveal the noble character of Chardonnay. 100% aged in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months, promoting complex aromatic development and a broad, harmonious palate.

Mercurey

“Cuvée Origine”

Mercurey hillside vineyards on clay-limestone soils, sometimes with marl, providing structure, finesse and freshness, with optimal grape ripeness.

 

Vinification & Aging

Precise vinification with gentle extraction. Aged in French oak barrels for 15 months, including 20% new oak, refining structure and adding complexity.

 

Tasting notes

Bright ruby color. Nose of ripe red and black fruits. Supple and balanced palate with fine tannins and a fresh, elegant finish.

Gevrey-Chambertin

“Les Terres Brunes”

Vines planted on thin brown limestone soils, marl and red silt, at altitudes of 280 to 380 m, with South-East exposure. This terroir provides structure, depth and elegance, typical of top Gevrey-Chambertin Pinot Noir.

Crémant de Bourgogne

Vineyards at the foothills of the Dentelles de Montmirail under a Mediterranean climate, on marl, clay and limestone soils. This terroir provides aromatic intensity, freshness and balance.

Bright golden yellow color. Intense nose of white flowers, white-fleshed fruits, apricot, honey and citrus zest. Full and velvety palate balanced by elegant freshness, with a long, persistent finish.

Plan de Dieu

“La Paulée”

Vines planted on a limestone plateau covered with rolled pebbles, at altitudes of 70 to 100 m. This terroir provides structure, depth and Mediterranean typicity.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape

Terroir

Vines planted on soils of red clay, limestone pebbles and marine-origin sandstone, at altitudes of 110 to 130 m. This terroir provides concentration, power, and aromatic complexity, hallmark of top Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines.

Deep red color. Intense nose of ripe black fruits, spices, garrigue herbs and subtle smokiness. The palate is broad, structured and powerful, with a long, persistent finish.
